One carrier,
every leg.
GWT HAULING LLC is based at 15877 County Road O, Pioneer, Ohio — Williams County, up near the state line. We run general freight local, long-haul truckload, and long-haul LTL, with contract container and bulk mail work.
What the
marker says.
Freight is a promise business. The consignee doesn't care about traffic on the turnpike — they care that the dock got the pallets at the appointment time. So we run on rules that would sound old-fashioned if they didn't keep freight moving.
- RULE 01On-time or on the phone. Slipping runs get called in early with a real ETA — the dock can plan around honest numbers.
- RULE 02Clean bills. Bill of lading, proof of delivery, rate confirmation — complete on every load, every leg.
- RULE 03Quoted means quoted. The rate on the confirmation is the rate on the invoice. Period.
Downtown to
three states over.
The legs stay separate because the economics are different. Local means hourly-rated dock runs and contract mail routes. Truckload means one shipper, one trailer, one bill. LTL means your pallets ride with other freight and split the linehaul.
Send the load details and we'll tell you which leg it belongs on — the cheapest honest answer, not the biggest invoice. Sometimes that's a local run you didn't know was local.
Before the
first load.
Rule of thumb: if the load fills most of a trailer or needs it sealed door-to-door, it's truckload. If it's a few pallets that can ride with other freight, it's LTL. Send dimensions and weight — we'll tell you which leg it belongs on.
Yes — bulk mail truck transportation under contract, both local routes and long-distance truckload legs. Contract terms, schedules, and security requirements are set in the service agreement.
Every load ships with a bill of lading and closes with proof of delivery. Rate confirmations go out before dispatch. Claims, if ever needed, follow the terms in our service agreement and the bill of lading.
We're based in Pioneer, Ohio — Williams County. Local work covers the county and surrounding region; TL and LTL long-haul runs go interstate. Lane specifics are quoted per load.
